INTRODUCTION

Low resistive materials are generally called conducting materials. These materials have high electrical and thermal conductivity. The conducting property of a solid is not a function of total number of the electrons in the metal, but it is due to the number of Valence Electrons so called Free Electrons (or) Conduction electrons. Hence in metals the electrical conductivity depends on the number of free electrons available.
